People Experience & Ops Specialist
As a People Experience & Ops Specialist, you’ll improve the systems behind the employee journey, from onboarding and lifecycle operations to process design, automation, and culture.
It’s an exciting time to join because the foundations are already in place, but there’s a huge opportunity to make them smarter, more scalable, more human, and a little more bunny-shaped.
You'll influence how bunny.net is experienced internally: building the processes, rituals, and experiences that help our team stay fast, focused, and connected as we keep building a better internet.
What will you do?
Make the employee journey feel intentional at every stage
Own employee lifecycle operations: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and HR administration, while continuously improving how they work
Document and improve People processes so they are clear, scalable, and easy to navigate
Translate employee feedback into concrete action points and employee journey initiatives
Be the go-to for employee questions and needs: responsive, thoughtful, easy to reach
Improve onboarding and transition touchpoints so every new hire feels set up to succeed
Manage the day-to-day operations of our Employer of Record partnership and be the main point of contact for it
Help design and deliver engagement, communication, and culture initiatives that strengthen connection, reinforce our values, and help people feel part of what we're building
Support performance, growth, and development programs that give employees clarity on expectations and room to grow
Spot and fix broken or manual processes before they become bigger picture issues
Drive automation and workflow improvements where humans shouldn't still be doing it manually
Collaborate with managers and teams across bunny.net to create a more consistent and thoughtful employee experience
What will you bring?

Comfort working async in a fast-moving, evolving environment

Experience improving employee processes, not just running them
Background in a high-growth or scale-up environment
Experience with HRIS, survey tools, or workflow automation
You've contributed to cross-functional projects and influenced without direct authority
Psychology, org behavior, communications, or similar background
Experience working in a remote-first or distributed org
You use AI tools to work smarter, not just faster
Where should you be located?
For this role, we'd love it if you were based in Slovenia or within easy reach of Ljubljana, so you can occasionally join us in our HQs.
