With an interest in keeping close to tech developments and comprehend the underlying data sources and structures, eager to help customers with their support inquiries and to curate and maintain datasets of the highest quality. Responsibilities

• Work closely with QA, Data and R&D teams to improve the quality of the data deliverables to clients
• Be the first-level customer support agent to properly act upon or escalate incoming customer requests keeping the clients up-to-date during the process
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand the domain and associated data requirements ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with domain-specific specifications
• Perform manual daily updates and take care of data entries of critical data points for high-quality output datasets and reports
• Identify patterns in data to suggest ways that would help automate the process and reduce the need for manual interventions
• Develop understanding of the underlying data sources, monitor and optimise data curation processes to ensure scalability and efficiency
• Annotate, correct, and supplement data processed by AI algorithms, understanding relevant workflows and providing feedback to improve accuracy and reliability
