🎯 Your main goal will be to elevate our hiring process by identifying and attracting top-tier talent while driving diversity across n8n's workforce.

To do so, here are your responsibilities:

1- Proactive Talent Sourcing

🔍 Actively source for critical and evergreen roles, identifying candidates who align with n8n’s high standards.
🚀 Develop and execute strategic talent mapping initiatives to build a robust pipeline for future roles.
🌱 Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential candidates, ensuring n8n is their top choice when they’re ready for a new challenge.

2- Building and Managing Talent Pools

📚 Create and manage a comprehensive internal candidate database, ensuring it’s continuously updated with relevant talent.
🤝 Engage in employer branding initiatives to position n8n as an employer of choice, especially within tech communities.
🧠 Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sourcing strategies, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

3- Screening and Evaluating Candidates

🔎 Screen CVs and profiles to identify candidates who not only meet the technical requirements but also align with n8n’s cultural values.
💬 Conduct initial outreach and interviews to assess candidates’ fit and readiness for current and future roles.
💼 Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine search criteria based on evolving needs and feedback.

4- Driving Diversity and Inclusion

🌍 Develop and implement strategies to increase diversity in our candidate pipelines, ensuring we meet our diversity goals.
🎯 Track and report on diversity metrics, continuously seeking ways to improve and innovate.
💪 Partner with internal stakeholders to advocate for inclusive hiring practices throughout the recruitment process.
