Responsibilities:
- Manage a full cycle recruitment process:sourcing, mapping, communications with candidates and hiring managers, screening and evaluating applicants, arranging interviews and participating in the selection process;
- Partner with hiring managers to select the best hiring strategies and identify hiring needs;
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to our internal job board and appropriate external job boards;
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools. Identify the candidate's key behavioral and technical competencies;
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes;
- Assist or execute the offer process while also initiating a new hire onboarding process;
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to leadership;
- Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict recruiting activity and diversity initiatives;
- Participate, support, or lead special recruitment or HR projects.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years work experience as a full-time recruiter (either as an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter), specifically for technical roles, i.e. software engineers, data analytics, mobile developers, etc;
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes;
- Ability to work cross-functionally, on multiple projects of moderate to high complexity levels with changing priorities;
- Excellent facilitation, advising, communication, and influencing skills across organizational levels and geographies;
- Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and must possess demonstrated effective presentation skills/public speaking ability;
- Passion for recruitment and a focus in hiring quality candidates;
- English Upper-intermediate or advanced;
- Experience in a tech startup and / or a completely remote company are a plus.
