Job Description

The Protocols team within Performance division at PASQAL, is looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager for Hardware implementations to join our team of experts. As a part of our hardware R&D department, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating the launch of client and internal calculations on our quantum computers at Pasqal.

In this context, your missions will be as follows:

• Animate process to prioritize computation tasks based on strategic importance, client deadline and other relevant factors
• Streamline the calculation process by creating a well-structured path from user request to results reporting
• Communicate with multiple teams to monitor progress, identify problems, and ensure timely execution of calculations
• Write comprehensive reports to communicate calculation results to users
• Gather and share feedback from clients and internal implementations to the relevant teams

About you

You hold a Masters degree in Physics or an Engineer degree, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience on project management in the industry sector.

Soft skills:

• Clear and effective communications with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
• Flexibility to address challenges and changes in real-time
• Leadership skills to coordinate and guide teams through the computation process
• Good level of written and spoken English

Hard skills:

• Proven experience in project management
• Familiarity with quantum algorithms and with the functionalities of quantum processor units
• Ability to write comprehensive reports for clients or for internal teams
