As an Account Executive at Revi, you will have a significant impact on the growth of our business through new customer acquisition, interaction with our leadership team, and increasing the sales volume from our current members/customers. Revi Account Executives will do live virtual presentations with vetted leads to close sales. Revi Account Executives will have a sales development rep that will set appointments with potential partners alongside you as the rep. As a rep, you will focus on developing and securing new business with local restaurants, coffee bars, cafes, and other food and beverage stores in your specified territory in the US. What You’ll do 👷🏾♂️
Closing sales over the phone and doing presentations via Zoom
Finding potential leads to qualify and do live presentations for
Engage with potential partners to effectively discover & determine the customer’s needs
Consistently hit predetermined sales targets on a Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly basis
Provide product knowledge through a strong understanding of features, values, & benefits of
Suggestively sell products & services that the customer may not have anticipated they will need
Utilize Salesforce.com for scheduling, pipeline reporting, developing prospective customer profiles, and documenting all sales-related activities
Actively participate in all programs and procedures that drive sales
Be aware of current promotional items, correct pricing, pricing, and product updates
Represent the Revi brand with class and professionalism
Learn and develop new, creative sales techniques and strategies
Any other duties that pertain to sales and the department

Job Overview:
As an Account Executive at Revi, you will play a key role in generating sales and managing client relationships in the restaurant industry. You will be responsible for prospecting new clients, conducting product demonstrations, and developing solutions that meet their specific needs. Your role will encompass the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through to closing the sale and ensuring a smooth handoff to implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and Develop Leads: Identify and generate a list of prospective restaurant clients. Self-source and qualify leads to set up live presentations.
Manage Sales Cycle: Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal. Conduct sales calls and presentations via Zoom.
Conduct Demos: Present and demonstrate Revi’s products, emphasizing features, values, and benefits to effectively address client needs.
Solution Development: Develop and propose customized solutions that align with the specific needs of each prospect.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with various departments to ensure that client expectations set during the sales process are met throughout delivery.
Utilize Salesforce: Use Salesforce.com to schedule activities, report on pipeline status, develop customer profiles, and document all sales-related interactions
Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and current promotional items to effectively position Revi in the market.
Customer Engagement: Engage with potential clients to discover and determine their needs. Suggest additional products and services as appropriate.
Professional Representation: Represent the Revi brand with professionalism and class, while actively participating in sales programs and procedures.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new sales techniques and strategies, and adapt to evolving market conditions.
Additional Duties: Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
What We Expect You’ll Bring to the Role:
Proven Success: Demonstrated track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in an Account Executive role or a similar position.
Sales Skills: Experience in closing sales over the phone and conducting presentations via Zoom.
Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
Salesforce Experience: At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce CRM.
Customer Needs Assessment: Proficient in assessing and addressing customer needs.
Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and a collaborative work ethic.
Motivation: Self-motivated with a strong desire to exceed sales and revenue goals.
Decision-Making: High level of confidence in decision-making.
Other Requirements:
Technology Sales Experience: Experience in technology sales is a plus.
Restaurant Sales Experience: Experience in restaurant sales is a plus.
Would Make Your Application Stand Out :
Knowing Cantonese and or Spanish is a plus
Industry Knowledge: Experience in a business related to our space.
Sector Understanding: Understanding of the restaurant industry or the small to medium-sized business sector.
