We are a leading AI technology company in the heart of Manchester, looking to appoint a Customer Success Manager, acting as a client advocate to ensure successful delivery of SeeChange AI solutions for large marquee Retail clients across UK, Europe and North America.

This position ensures that our large-scale clients see ongoing value and experience the highest quality outcomes and service levels when working with SeeChange.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of a Customer Success Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Work directly with our large clients and SeeChange internal teams to ensure best-in-class experience when deploying and obtaining value from SeeChange AI solutions.
  • Be a client advocate who acts on their behalf, with full oversight of a project, co-ordinating resources across teams.
  • Own and deliver against existing and new client requirements, looking for opportunities to expand SeeChange value. First class rollouts, upgrades and ongoing projects will be delivered to the highest standards through passion and professionalism.
  • Collaborate closely with the Commercial and the Product teams to identify new opportunities within large clients and work tirelessly to ensure the best client experience.
  • Gain insights into the market and ongoing needs through strong communication and research.
  • Qualify and manage new business opportunities.
  • Build and grow relationships with clients and business partners based on trust and respect.

The Person

The key skills and qualities of a Customer Success Manager:

  • Able to listen, interpret and translate business requirements into actionable outcomes.
  • Capable of managing stakeholders. Identify key people for decision making and influencing outcomes within an organisation.
  • Ability to present and deliver key messages, written and verbally to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage projects at scale using resources internally and externally.
  • Self-motivated and focused on positive outcomes from trust and respect in relationships.
  • Proactive, structured approach
  • Excellent communicator.

Reports in to the Head of Global Business Delivery.

SeeChange operates a flexible working environment with a mix of working from home, client locations and the office. We encourage people to choose a model that works for them. This role will involve travel to client sites.
