Your Role as Treasury Manager:

As our Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Sweat Economy’s financial assets and token flows. This is a hands-on role that requires a detail-oriented approach to managing treasury operations, ensuring visibility, and supporting the ongoing growth of our web3 infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Treasury Operations:

   • Monitor and manage daily token and fiat transactions, ensuring all flows are accurately tracked and recorded.

   • Assist in the maintenance of liquidity levels to meet operational needs and token demands.

   • Execute transactions/administrate payments and manage the movement of assets within the ecosystem.

2. Data Consolidation & Reporting:

   • Work closely with the data team to ensure accurate and timely consolidation of treasury-related data.

   • Help prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on treasury activities, including cash flow summaries, liquidity positions, and token distribution.

   • Assist in developing dashboards and tools that provide real-time visibility into treasury operations.

   • Ensure that all treasury activities are transparent and that necessary information is accessible to relevant teams.

   • Collaborate with the data team to improve systems for tracking and reporting on treasury metrics.

   • Help implement operational controls to safeguard treasury assets and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related field, preferably within a web3/fintech environment.

• Understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and tokenomics is a plus.

• Strong analytical and data management skills.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
