Already supported by more than 250 brands (Lashilé, Smoon and From Future), Bigblue is building the future of e-commerce.
Bigblue is looking for a Transportation Manager Intern to join Bigblue's newly formed transportation team, led by a former Amazon executive. The role represents a critical function within Bigblue Operations to continuously improve the service levels, capacities, costs and reduce the carbon footprint of our European transportation. This is a unique opportunity to have a meaningful impact on our customers and to get a 360 view on the e-commerce supply chain.

Your responsibilities

  • Support the Transportation Analyst in developing, monitoring and improving full set of Transportation KPIs
  • Support transportation team in developing strategic initiatives through data driven analysis
  • Work hand in hand with other Bigblue Ops team members (Transportation, Warehouse, Customer Care...) to innovate and define new way to measure success/gap
  • Support the Transportation Manager in animating carriers portfolio through performance review and operations readiness

Requirements

  • Final year of Master Degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Information Management, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Finance or similar)
  • Advanced to expert knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel
  • Comfortable with large datasets
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Ability to work in a team
