Together with companies like Stripe and Shopify, we're arming the direct-to-consumer rebellion. Shopify powers their e-shop, Stripe makes payment trivial, and we, Bigblue store and deliver their products around the world.
Founded in 2018, we have raised $18M, and we are now more than 90 employees working from our offices in Paris, Madrid, London, and remotely.
About the role 🚀
Location: Paris 9th
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven Strategic Projects Lead to drive Bigblue's operational excellence in a hyper-growth and internationalized environment. You will report directly to our COO (founder).
The Operations Manager will be responsible for high-impact initiatives across the business that must respond quickly to business needs. Key assignments include:
- Lead Bigblue's most strategic project in 2023 (to be discussed during the interviews)
- Lead strategic initiatives in the operational area. Provide direction and set goals. Work closely with relevant teams
- Develop analytical frameworks to help the company make impactful business decisions
- Create, maintain, communicate and present company reports
This position requires excellent stakeholder and project management skills and the ability to plan and execute projects of varying scope and duration with minimal supervision.
Requirements 🙌
- 4-8 years experience in tier 1 consulting, business intelligence, strategy
- Exceptional organization and time-management skills
- Problem-solver mentality
- Outstanding analytical sense
- Bias towards action
- Highly influential verbal & written communication
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Fluency in 🇫🇷 & 🇬🇧
