About the role 🚀
Location: Paris 9
As our first Traffic Manager, you will play an integral role in shaping Bigblue’s strategy for the next several years in the French and European markets (already in the UK and Spain). This is an opportunity for you to impact our international growth and success significantly.
As part of the marketing team, you’ll have the chance to work across all marketing channels, including search, display, affiliate, retargeting, social, partnerships, and influencer marketing, to drive high-quality traffic and convert it into results.
You will ensure the highest traffic volume, quality, and conversion and that they meet our company's goals and objectives.

Missions ✍️

  • Help the Marketing team drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and define and implement the paid inbound acquisition strategy and objectives.
  • Deploy and set the objectives of this strategy on the different channels (Facebook Ads, SEA, Native Advertising, Display, Retargeting, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube...) in all of our markets.
  • Data analysis, reporting and conversion optimisation: produce reports, analyse key KPIs and identify areas for improvement with the revops team.
  • Propose action plans based on ad-hoc analysis to improve our website acquisition metrics (traffic, conversion rate, etc.)
  • Prepare communication briefs and work with the design team to develop high-converting visuals
  • Work hand in hand with our ads agency to develop innovative concepts that include high-converting messages
  • Managed acquisition campaigns and paid channel budgets to meet inbound sales targets.

Requirements 🙌

  • +3 years of experience - preferably have worked in an ads agency
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and writing skills.
  • Creative and out-of-the-box thinker.
  • Comfortable with numbers and have strong analytical skills
  • Methodical and highly organised.
  • Speaks perfect French and is proficient in English (Spanish, Italian, or German are a plus).
  • Independent, doer, and proactive with strong attention to detail.
  • Passionate about e-commerce
