As Amazon is pouring billions into its e-commerce infrastructure, independent brands are struggling to offer the same level of trust and experience to their customers. They're now faced with a difficult choice: hop onto the Amazon train or lose customers every day. Bigblue helps independent brands fight back. Together with companies like Stripe and Shopify, we're arming the direct-to-consumer rebellion. Shopify powers their e-shop, Stripe makes payment trivial, and we, Bigblue store and deliver their products around the world.
Founded in 2018, we have raised $18M, and we are now more than 105 employees working from our offices in Paris, Madrid, London, and remotely.
About the role 🚀
Location: Paris
With Bigblue experiencing rapid growth, we have successfully transformed from a team of 30 individuals into an organization with 110 Bigbluers across Europe.
In light of these developments, our Talent Acquisition team is actively seeking a passionate about recruitment to step into the role of Team Lead.
This critical position will play a pivotal role in driving our talent acquisition efforts, overseeing the recruitment of top-tier candidates, as we expand our team to meet the growing demands of our organization, both domestically and internationally in France, Spain and the UK.

Missions ✍️

  • (1) Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy: lead the development and implementation of a strategic talent acquisition plan aligned with the organization's growth objectives, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates to support business expansion.
  • (2) Manage end-to-end recruitment process: oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Implement best practices and innovative techniques to attract top talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • (3) Build and nurture talent pipelines: Establish and maintain relationships with universities, professional networks and other relevant channels to proactively identify and engage with potential candidates. Create a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • (4) Collaborate with hiring managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Provide guidance, advice, and support to hiring teams, ensuring alignment between business goals and talent acquisition initiatives.
  • (5) Enhance employer branding and candidate experience: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the company's employer brand, and continuously improve the candidate experience.

Requirements 🙌

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced and rapidly growing organization.
  • Fluent in 🇫🇷 and 🇬🇧
  • Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes for senior roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and innovative sourcing techniques, especially on the tech part.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • (Bonus) Previous experience in leading or supervising teams within the recruitment function.
  • (Bonus) Fluent in Spanish
