About the role 🚀
Bigblue is seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Hub Manager to oversee Tigery Hub, the largest warehouse operation within the company.
Own KPIs that drive a world-class merchant experience
- Ensure compliance guidelines are met
- Consistently hold warehouse partners to strict SLA expectations
- Provide reports of performance and action plans when needed
Contribute to process and systems development
- Identify systemic issues and expose opportunities to improve operations
- Recommend and implement methods and procedures to enhance performance
- Track learnings and best practices to contribute to our Standard Operating Procedures
- Monitor warehouse transformation projects (e.g. mechanization)
- Provide feedback on our WMS Atlas to impact its design and ensure implementation of new features
Act as Bigblue operations manager
- Build strong relationships with all warehouse stakeholders
- Provide warehouse expertise to Growth and Customer Success team
- Ensure Merchants and prospects visits
- Monitor and analyze warehouse costs: oversees productivity, manages workforce planning, and reviews and challenges warehouse invoices.
Requirements 🙌
- min 5+ years of experience in e-commerce warehouse management
- Manager of 5+ people in previous experiences
- Doer-mentality
- Hustling multi-tasker and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solver
- Not afraid of operational day-to-day
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Analytics knowledge and Excel
