Description
At Bigblue, we believe execution beats ideas — but great execution starts with great alignment. To support our next stage of growth, we are hiring a Chief of Staff to the CEO: an entrepreneurial, highly organized, and results-driven leader who will operate at the heart of our strategic engine.
You will work directly with our founders, acting as a trusted partner across key initiatives and decision-making processes. Your mission: keep Bigblue focused, fast, and aligned — so we can make the best decisions and execute on what truly matters.
This is a unique opportunity to join the leadership team of a fast-growing scale-up and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Bigblue.
What you'll do
🚀 Drive the most critical strategic projects across teams — from market expansion to new business lines.
🧭 Act as a strategic advisor and sounding board to the founders on key decisions and new initiatives.
💡 Accelerate decision-making: prepare and follow through on executive meetings, ensuring alignment with company priorities.
🤝 Be the glue between leadership and the broader organization — ensuring that strategy translates into clear, actionable plans.
📊 Own company-wide reporting: structure and maintain our KPIs, OKRs, and prepare materials for Board meetings.
🔗 Lead and improve internal processes that enable Bigblue to scale efficiently while staying true to its culture.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, strategic operations, or similar high-impact environments.
- A plus: 1+ year of operational experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset — you simplify complexity and focus on what moves the needle.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication — you’re able to engage with both execs and teams with clarity and influence.
- Highly organized, structured, and proactive — you don’t wait for things to happen, you make them happen.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
