🎯 Your Mission
As International SDR Team Lead, you’ll lead our global team of Sales Development Representatives, driving pipeline generation across multiple markets. You’ll develop outbound strategies, refine sales playbooks, and ensure each SDR hits and exceeds targets — while building a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing
1/ Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Management of a distributed team of SDRs across multiple countries and time zones.
- Ensure the performance and development of your SDRs by setting clear KPIs and monitoring results.
- Participate in the recruitment and hiring process of future SDRs.
- Onboarding and continuous coaching of your team, in collaboration with the Knowledge, Ops teams & the SDR team.
- Animate daily team activities and outbound prospecting sessions to maintain energy and focus
2/ Pipeline Generation
- Collaborate with Sales, Growth, Marketing, and RevOps to identify and optimize new pipeline generation sources.
- Drive outbound campaign strategy and adapt messaging per market to maximize impact.
- Support SDRs in lead generation initiatives, including prospecting sessions and out-of-the-box lead sourcing tactics
- Ensure healthy and high-performing pipelines, with smooth handovers to Account Executives.
- Contribute with your team to the generation of a consistent monthly volume of qualified opportunities.
3/ Participation in the Roadmap
- Actively contribute to cross-functional projects with Sales, Marketing, Ops, and Country Managers.
- Optimize tools (HubSpot, SalesLoft, etc.) and CRM workflows to increase team productivity.
- Participate in continuous improvement of sales processes and lead generation strategies.
- Track key performance metrics and pipeline contribution, and report regularly to the VP Sales
🧠 You’ll Thrive If You Have
- 5+ years experience in B2B Sales Development, with 1+ year in a team lead or manager role
- Experience managing international or multilingual SDR teams
- Strong knowledge of outbound strategies, tools, and lead generation best practices
- Excellent communication skills in English & French (Spanish, or German a strong plus)
- A data-driven, goal-oriented mindset — you love dashboards, targets, and making things better
- Experience in startups, SaaS, or e-commerce tech environments
- A passion for coaching, motivating, and building high-performing teams
