Senior Engineer (Backend)

We are looking for a talented Senior Engineer to help with the bunny.net backend team. The Senior Engineer will be a contribution to the engineering of our globally distributed, high-performing bunny.net platform, ensuring exceptional service and value for our customers.

What will you do?

• Development of the backend & API systems.
• Development of complex systems. (Edge Storage, DNS Server, Streaming platform, WAF, etc.)
• Planning and implementation of new systems.
• Writing and maintaining unit tests.
• Writing and managing API documentation.
• Occasional work with solutions in other platforms.

What will you add?

• Deep knowledge of .NET Core, C#
• Experience with and passion for internet technologies (HTTP/S, DNS, CDNs,...)
• Experience and enthusiasm in software development "from the ground up."
• Knowledge of Linux, NGINX, and Multithreading.
• Enthusiasm for developing applications where performance is critical.
• Independence and excellent communication skills are needed for remote work.
• Creativity at problem-solving.
