Talent Coordinator

As a Talent Coordinator at, your role will be essential in streamlining our recruitment and onboarding processes. You will focus on efficiently scheduling interviews and providing support during the onboarding phase. This position plays a key role in ensuring that our talent acquisition runs smoothly and effectively, helping us secure the right talent to achieve our ambitious goals.

What will you do?

  1. Interview Scheduling:
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews, acting as the main point of contact between candidates and our hiring teams.
    • Manage calendars for multiple stakeholders to ensure conflict-free scheduling.
    • Communicate effectively with candidates about interview details, providing clear information on time, format, and any preparatory requirements.
  2. Onboarding Support:
    • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and well-informed from their first day.
    • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate all aspects of the onboarding process, including IT setup and initial training schedules.
    • Monitor and report on the progress of new hires during the onboarding period, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.

  • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on time management and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with various teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach, especially in addressing scheduling conflicts or onboarding challenges.
  • Experience in HR, talent acquisition, or a related field, with a focus on scheduling and coordination tasks.
