Technical Writer

You will distill complex networking concepts into engaging content, case studies, and guides, enhancing user understanding of our products.

What will you do?

• Research and Writing: Conduct thorough research on topics related to networking, security, and CDN technologies. Write comprehensive, accurate, and engaging articles that explain these concepts to a broad audience, ranging from beginners to advanced users.
  
• Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate closely with bunny.net's technical teams, marketing department, and customer support to ensure that all educational content is technically accurate, aligns with product developments, and meets user needs.
  
• Case Studies Creation: Collaborate with customers to develop detailed case studies. This involves interviewing customers, gathering data, and writing compelling narratives that showcase the real-world applications and benefits of bunny.net services.
  
• How-To Guides Development: Take charge of creating clear, step-by-step how-to guides for bunny.net's dashboard. This includes organizing content structure, writing instructions, and ensuring that guides are user-friendly and address common user queries and challenges.
  
• Editing and Proofreading: Review, edit, and proofread content produced by other team members or contributors to ensure it meets Bunny Academy's quality standards. This includes checking for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and adherence to the brand's style guide.
  
• Content Management: Efficiently manage and organize all content created for Bunny Academy. Ensure that articles, case studies, and guides are easily accessible to users, properly categorized, and kept up-to-date with the latest information and updates.
  
• Visual Aids Creation: Work with the design team or use your skills to create or commission diagrams, charts, and other visual aids that enhance understanding of complex topics and instructions.

What will you add?

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer
• Ability to articulate complex ideas with clarity and precision in written English, ensuring content is engaging and accessible to all readers.
• Solid understanding of networking, security, CDN technologies, and internet infrastructure.
• Research skills and the ability to quickly understand new technologies and concepts
• Experience with content management systems and the ability to organize, manage, and update content
• Basic knowledge of creating or directing the creation of visual aids like diagrams and charts to complement written content.
• Strong editing and proofreading skills to ensure the content is free of errors, consistent in style and tone
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content for search engines is a plus.
• Previous successful experience with remote-first positions
