Lead Product Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Product Manager to join our innovative team at bunny.net. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of our product strategy, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet our customers’ needs and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, support, design, marketing, and sales, to bring new products to market and enhance existing ones. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for technology, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing successful products in a growing company in a related vertical. You will help build the team and the structure and process around it, setting us up for success as we grow.

What will you do?

  • Define and execute product strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals. Prioritize product features and initiatives based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Facilitate communication and coordination across departments to deliver products on time and within budget.
  • Manage product lifecycle: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including market research, competitive analysis, product development, testing, and post-launch evaluation. Continuously monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize and improve.
  • Engage with customers: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze customer needs to inform product decisions. Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
  • Drive innovation: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation, and drive initiatives to keep our products ahead of the curve.
  • Measure and report on success: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate product success. Regularly report on product performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Strategic vision: Bring a strategic perspective to product planning and decision-making, with the ability to see the big picture and align product initiatives with business goals.
  • Problem-solving skills: Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
