🦸‍♀️ The Role 🦸‍♀️

As a Experience Led Growth Consultant at Chattermill in our Insights & Strategy team, you’ll work closely with our Co-Founder and external partners to drive transformational experience-led growth for our users. This is a new role to our team as we find increasing demand for experience-led growth services for new and existing users.

👉 What you'll be doing:

  • Drive transformational experience-led growth results: collaborate with the wider team to delivery impactful solutions for our clients, finding measurable improvements for their business
  • Identifying expansion opportunities: analyse customer data to identify accounts with high potential for XLG updates. Partner with our Commercial teams to develop compelling proposals for expanded services
  • Proactive churn prevention: conduct Use Case Health Assessments to identify potential risks early and implement strategies to prevent churn
  • Experience Led Growth Subject Matter Expert
    • Develop Use Case architecture | mapping the flow of relevant data for our users
    • Deploy XLG Use Cases | assisting design of new surveys, dashboard creation and workflows for successful delivery
    • Upskills Users | creation and delivery of material to educate our clients
  • Impact Measurement & Communication | develop methods measuring the tangible benefits XLG delivers to our users
  • Internal Upskilling | champion the XLG approach to our team

🧰 What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in project management methodologies
  • Proven experience in building strong relationships with clients
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience in designing and implementing process architecture
  • Proven track record of successfully embedding software solutions
  • Experience in facilitating engaging workshops and training session

Co-founded by Mikhail Dubov and Dmitry Isupov in 2015 while at Entrepreneur First, Chattermill was born out of their frustration that it took weeks, sometimes months, for customer research to yield any quality insights. Often, these would be out of date by the time they reached decision-makers. And it was also financially out of reach for most companies. When they started what eventually became Chattermill, they had a hunch that they could use the newly available tech of deep learning to help companies find insights amidst messy data.
