Using best-in-class tech in a fast-developing AI space, our Customer Experience Intelligence platform continuously analyses explicit and implicit feedback to enable our clients to identify what they should do next.
We're now looking for a talented Associate Product Marketing Manager to join the team to execute our product marketing initiatives and drive day-to-day marketing operations.
👉 What you'll be doing:
You'll be responsible for bringing our products to market through tactical execution of launches, creating compelling marketing materials, producing engaging video content, and ensuring our GTM team has everything they need to succeed. This role is perfect for someone who loves getting into the details, making things happen, and being exposed to lots of different teams. You'll be involved in:
Product Launch Execution
Manage end-to-end execution of product launches, from coordinating timelines to ensuring all deliverables are ready on schedule
Write compelling product descriptions, feature announcements, and benefit-focused copy for various channels
Create customer-facing FAQs and feature adoption guides
Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, web, social media
Track and report on campaign performance metrics and ROI
Sales & Marketing Collateral Development
Create product sheets, one-pagers, presentation decks, and case studies
Maintain a centralized library of up-to-date marketing assets
Support sales and customer success teams with educational content and materials
Video Production & Content Creation
Plan, script, and storyboard product demo videos, feature walkthroughs, and educational content
Handle video production from filming through post-production editing, including coordination with external contractors
Edit and optimize videos for different platforms (website, social media, YouTube)
Competitive Intelligence
Monitor competitor product releases, feature updates, and marketing campaigns
Create and refresh competitive battlecards and comparisons
Share insights through regular competitive updates and conduct training sessions for internal teams
Customer Communications & Education
Manage all customer-facing email communications including product updates, onboarding sequences, and newsletters
Create and maintain in-app messaging for feature announcements and user guidance
Develop educational content for the CX Intelligence Academy
Coordinate and execute product webinars from promotion through follow-up
🧰 What you’ll need:
Experience in a B2B SaaS startup environment
Proven experience executing product launches
Strong writing abilities and proven experience creating marketing collateral
Video editing skills and experience
Detail-oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot
Enthusiasm for learning and adopting new AI and agentic tools
