In this pivotal role, you'll cultivate and maintain robust relationships with our international clientele, serving as the primary liaison for inquiries and collaborations across departments. Leveraging your technical skills and customer-centric approach, you'll identify and avert risks and drive contract negotiations. Your ability to spot upselling opportunities will contribute to company’s goals. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with company’s international customers portfolio.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (Customer Support, Commercial, Product, QA) to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Assist customers with optimizing the use of our software solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Identify potential risks on time and eliminate customer churn.
  • Negotiate contracts, renewals and agreements with existing customers.
  • Spot and capitalize on upselling opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic customer success plans aligned with business goals.
  • Demonstrate company’s products and lead the customers’ onboarding process.
  • Manage customer contracts and oversee commercial agreements and renewals.
  • Highly organized, Self-driven and proactive nature.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and build long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Very knowledgeable of customer success processes.
  • Trust, Accountability, Credibility and Active listening should be at the core of your DNA.
  • Strong customer-centric approach with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer success, presales, account management, support or another related role.
  • Strong understanding and pure curiosity for software products, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written english communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, STEM or related subject.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and/or PowerBI is desirable.
  • MSc degree on a related subject will be considered as a plus.
  • Proven experience in Life Sciences will be counted as an advantage.
