Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the product roadmap and backlog.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on strategic alignment, customer needs, business value, and ROI.
• Regularly communicate with the commercial and management teams to align product strategy with business objectives.
• Lead the creation of detailed product feature specifications and develop prototypes based on ideation, research, and customer feedback.
• Actively participate in the product discovery process by conducting market analysis, user research, and gathering customer feedback to inform product development in collaboration with the Customer Delivery and Success team.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including product requirements, user stories, workflows, and release notes.
• Establish and manage product development processes, ensuring all phases from roadmap planning to release are executed efficiently.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, data teams, and other stakeholders during development sprints, product launches, and ongoing product iterations.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on product development goals and timelines.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, oversee contract negotiations, and ensure timely delivery of services and products that meet company standards.
• Develop and manage KPIs and dashboards to monitor key product metrics and team productivity.
• Analyze performance data and make recommendations for process and product improvements.
