Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing items based on business value, customer needs, and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and the product management team to define and maintain the product roadmap.
• Write clear and detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with stakeholders, UX designers, and development teams to understand requirements and gather feedback.
• Participate in product discovery activities, including market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis.
• Develop prototypes and validate concepts with end-users.
• Regularly communicate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, data, and commercial teams.
• Ensure alignment on product vision, strategy, and development priorities across stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaborative decision-making and resolve conflicts or prioritization issues.
• Lead sprint planning sessions, ensuring a clear understanding of backlog items among the development team.
• Collaborate with the development team during sprint execution, providing clarification and addressing questions.
• Ensure the product increments meet the defined acceptance criteria and quality standards.
• Plan and manage product releases in collaboration with the product management team.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, workflows, and release notes.
