To further accelerate our AI-first product vision, we are looking for a Full-Stack AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll design intelligent agents, develop prompt-driven features, and build AI-native systems that integrate seamlessly across our .NET and Angular platform. With a deep understanding of autonomous systems and full-stack engineering, you’ll help us push the boundaries of what AI can achieve in real business workflows.
As a Full-Stack AI Engineer at Cube RM, you’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, and AI Governance teams in a high-impact, fast-paced environment—crafting smart, reliable, and compliant AI systems for some of the world’s largest Life Sciences companies.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI systems and intelligent agents
- Implement and optimize AI features in web applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
- Develop and refine production-level prompt chains for various AI models to achieve optimal performance and user experience
- Build and maintain AI pipelines for training, testing, and deployment
- Build memory systems, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent workflows that help AI reason, retrieve information, and take action
- Monitor and improve AI system performance, reliability, and accuracy
- Develop robust backend services and APIs using .NET and Python
- Create responsive and intuitive frontend interfaces using HTML, CSS, and Angular
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices, compliance with AI policies and ethical standards
- Collaborate with AI governance teams to ensure compliance, auditability, and ethical deployment standards
- Document AI system behaviors, limitations, and use cases
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends
- 4+ years of experience in backend development with .NET (C#) or Python and frontend development
- 2+ years working with AI technologies or implementing AI features in production systems
- Proven track record of delivering full-stack applications
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure, given Microsoft Agent Framework)
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, SOLID principles, and design patterns
- Background in natural language processing (NLP) or conversational AI
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking, attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
- Collaborative mindset with experience working in agile/cross-functional teams
