Cube RM is the leading global Tender Software company, empowering Life Sciences organisations to identify more business opportunities through the power of Data and AI. Our platforms leverage cutting-edge technology to capture key tender market data worldwide and transform it into actionable intelligence combined with seamless software automation and industry expertise to significantly increase tender process efficiency.

As a certified Salesforce.com ISV partner, we are leading the market with our flagship product, Tender Central - a Salesforce.com based SaaS platform used by some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical and MedTech companies. It enables them to manage the full tendering process powered by both traditional Salesforce.com capabilities and AI-driven insights.

We are looking for a Salesforce.com Software Engineer to join our Tender Central product team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain features on the Salesforce.com platform that power Tender Central, both AI-enabled and traditional functionalities. You’ll also play a key role in deploying and configuring Tender Central for some of the world’s largest pharma and MedTech companies.

You’ll work closely with product managers, AI engineers, and implementation teams to ensure Tender Central continues to deliver innovation, scalability, and reliability to our global customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Build new Tender Central features using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce.com APIs - including AI-driven capabilities.
  • Maintain, optimize, and extend existing Tender Central modules to ensure scalability and high performance.
  • Support deployments, configurations, and integrations of Tender Central into enterprise-scale Salesforce.com environments.
  • Integrate Tender Central with CPQ, CLM, and external systems for end-to-end tender management.
  • Collaborate with AI and product teams to experiment with AI-enabled features.
  • Use modern AI developer tools (e.g., Cursor) to accelerate development and ensure high-quality code.
  • Contribute to documentation, knowledge-sharing, and training for internal teams.
  • 2-5 years of hands-on Salesforce.com development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura and APIs.
  • Experience deploying and configuring Salesforce.com-based applications in large enterprise environments (preferably pharma or MedTech).
  • Salesforce.com certifications such as Platform Administrator, Platform Developer, Platform Integration Architect, Sharing and Visibility Architect, or equivalent are highly valued.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com CPQ, Conga CPQ, Conga CLM, or other Salesforce.com native applications is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of JavaScript.
  • Comfortable working in Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps environments.
  • Good communication skills, fluent in English.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and analytical mindset.
  • Strong sense of project ownership, effective communication skills, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Prior experience in the Healthcare sector (Pharmaceuticals, Medical Equipment) is a plus.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package (Medical - Life Insurance, meal e-card).
  • Friendly working environment and several “work-office” perks (Advanced work/IT equipment, Welcome package, Wellness offerings).
  • Flexible work schedule (Hybrid model).
  • Access to training and support, so you'll never feel left on your own (e-training options, subsidized certifications).
  • Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and software/product development methodologies.
  • Be part of several tech communities, as we support/participate into several meet-ups, both local and international.
