Our core platform, Tender Central, helps Life Sciences organizations manage and optimize tender processes globally. Alongside Tender Central, we are introducing AI-powered capabilities and intelligent agents that enhance how teams analyze opportunities, prepare responses and manage tender-related activities across the platform.

To support the continued evolution of our product, we are looking for a Product Owner to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with Product, Engineering and customer-facing teams to shape and deliver product initiatives, contributing to both core platform capabilities and emerging AI-driven features. You will operate in a high-agency, fast-moving environment, helping build systems that create measurable impact for some of the world’s largest Life Sciences companies.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Tender Central and AI Agents product development, from problem framing to production delivery
• Lead product discovery activities - including stakeholder interviews, customer workflow analysis, market research and competitive analysis - to generate actionable insights
• Translate insights into clear product specifications and structured iterations
• Develop prototypes and validate concepts rapidly, leveraging AI tools to accelerate the discovery-to-validation cycle
• Define and track KPIs and success metrics for shipped features
• Prioritise effectively within defined scopes, focusing on meaningful impact
• Collaborate in focused teams to ship production-grade features across both platform and AI-driven capabilities
• Support product tribes operationally through planning, coordination and execution
• Ensure quality is not sacrificed for speed

• 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in fast-paced environments
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and bringing structure to complex problems
• Ability to reason through trade-offs and translate insights into clear product specifications and actionable work
• Produces structured documentation that enables effective execution across teams
• Uses measurable results and user impact to guide iteration and product improvements
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across product, engineering, design and customer-facing teams
• Demonstrates bias toward action and ownership
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Thrives in small, high-focus teams
• Curiosity about Agentic systems, automation and modern product development practices
• Fluent in using AI tools to support daily workflows
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry will be considered as a plus.
