What you'll be doing
  • Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners, both with agencies and brands directly to drive continued revenue growth
  • Establish commercial partnerships with new clients
  • Leverage agency and client direct relationships to identify new buyers of getquin advertising placements
  • Proactively construct upfront and joint business plans with top clients, including attending industry events
  • Own client meetings from agenda to final presentation, instilling confidence and setting all interactions up for success by appropriately setting client expectations, identifying outcomes, and communicating clear next steps
  • Provide strategic, proactive, and consultative advice to clients in order to grow the relationship
  • Persistently explore and uncover the needs of your clients, leveraging deep product knowledge to align their goals with new and unique opportunities on the platform
  • Shape getquin’s ads product roadmap based on client feedback and your own input
What we are looking for
  • You have at least 2+ years of experience in sales, ideally in tech or finance related business areas
  • You have experience in building and maintaining long-term partnerships across a variety of different type of organizations
  • You demonstrated top-performer achievement against sales targets
  • You come with an entrepreneurial mindset, can work autonomously and drive action in a fast paced environment
  • You are process-oriented, structured with a high attention to detail.
  • You possess business fluency in both German and English.
