As a Product Growth Manager, you will be the intersection between our Product and Growth teams.

• You drive adoption of existing and new products by developing compelling customer facing communication and launch strategies.

• You drive communication around our product values and benefits across campaigns, onboarding and lifecycle marketing.

• You identify local customer needs, competitor landscape and marketing trends through research and user interviews.

• You create actionable go-to-marketing strategies for new and existing products.

• You collaborate with the product team to align on customer needs, target segments and market opportunities, guiding the product roadmap.

• You have at least 2 years experience in product marketing or in a similar position.

• You have excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

• You have previous experience in consumer apps (a strong plus if you have interest and experience with the financial markets).

• You bring an entrepreneurial mind-set and have a hands-on approach.

• You can speak and write English fluently. German is a plus.
