• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using Python, Django, and FastAPI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, data scientists, and product owners, to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Drive the design, development, and optimization of our market data platform.
• Promote a "you build it, you run it" culture by owning the entire lifecycle of the services, from development to operations, including monitoring and incident management.
• Champion modern engineering practices such as continuous delivery, infrastructure as code, and test automation to ensure rapid and reliable delivery of value to customers.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adaptability by participating in architecture reviews, code reviews, and team collaboration.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices in a fast-paced, ever-evolving Agile environment.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Python and backend frameworks such as Django and FastAPI.
• Strong experience with pandas for data manipulation and analysis.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-change Agile environment with short feedback loops and iterative development cycles.
• Strong software/solutions architecture skills with a focus on building scalable and maintainable systems.- Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience with modern data architecture, including data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and data lake/warehouse implementations.
• Experience with monitoring and performance management tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or similar.
• Strong understanding of "everything as code" practices, including infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.

Good-to-Have Qualifications:

• Russian language proficiency.
• Experience with Apollo Server or similar GraphQL implementations.
• Domain knowledge in investment or finance.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
