Keep is an Israel-based remote-first company funded by YCombinator. Our growth is based on Open-Source https://github.com/keephq/keep. We plan to open-source some of our ML models, so it’s a good chance to contribute to the community.

Our clients are engineers working at Fortune 500 companies.

It’s an opportunity to join an early-stage startup with paying enterprise customers and experienced second-time founders and participate in the paradigm shift in the AIOps space.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement machine learning models.
• Help the product team shape the product around AI.
• Develop and maintain large-scale production data processing pipelines.
• Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and speed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning research and apply them to our products.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Python with a strong emphasis on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Production experience with natural language processing.
• Experience in building a product from 0 to production.
• Experience with large-scale data processing and software engineering.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to dive into and navigate multiple topics, driving innovation to improve data quality and process efficiency.
• The head of AI’s qualifications include people management experience, experience leading large AI projects, communication with stakeholders, hiring, and growing the team.
