Lendio is seeking a highly motivated Office Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of the Woodbury, NY office on a day to day basis.
The Office Coordinator position will support our team in all office management needs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Support the Director, Sales Managers and department with daily administrative tasks, liaison to SLC office for multiple departments including HR, IT, accounting, legal, and executives. Participate in company culture committee to instill Lendio culture throughout the office by planning & executing company events, lunches, outings, etc. Work with building management for any maintenance issues, work orders etc. Maintain and order office, kitchen, and other various supplies
Receive and direct office visitors. Collect and distribute mail
Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years previous office manager/administrative experience
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to a variety of audiences
Strong computer and technology skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong problem solving skills
Self motivated and highly organized
Positive and friendly attitude
Customer service and team oriented
