ADR Sales Coach

What you'll do:
-Daily accountability sessions/syncs up with entire team
-Achieving growth and hitting company/team targets by successfully navigating SMB's through our application
-Coaching and performance monitoring of our ADR team - Manage Output (Dials,Talk Time) , helping plan out their days to be most effective in their roles, coaching to improve App Completion Rate, help improve our SMB's application experience
-Good interpersonal and cross-collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
-Build an open communication environment with your team and with your direct leaders
-Work closely with sales, marketing, and product departments to improve the quality of our application process
What you'll need to be successful:
-Previous experience in a sales or customer support role
-Has had some experience leading a team or initiative in previous roles
-Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
-Coachable, humble, hungry, excited, ability to pivot and adapt quickly to work situations
-Proven ability to drive a process from inception to fruition
-Strong business sense and industry expertise
-Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
-Alternative finance experience a plus
