Job description:

We are looking for an experienced B2B SaaS lifecycle marketing expert to join our growing team. Lendio has recently launched two new products into the market that are game changers: Lendio Intelligent Lending and Lendio Embedded Marketplace. These products complement our industry-leading small business financing marketplace and will generate massive flywheel effects on the company. The individual hired for this highly visible role will help develop a lifecycle marketing strategy and tactics to enable their success across multiple channels - including email, SMS, LinkedIn, web, direct mail, and general relationship building via personalized sales outreach.

What you will own:

  • Lead our lifecycle marketing strategy for Intelligent Lending and Embedded Marketplace

  • Develop a strong pipeline of engaged potential and current customers

  • Create and refine effective marketing programs that leverage 1st and 3rd party company/contact firmographic, demographic, and intent data

  • Utilize innovative multi-channel engagement techniques to drive customers to next-best actions

  • Deliver a mix of targeted promotional and value-added campaigns

  • Work with product marketing to identify, develop, and leverage target personas

  • Support conference/event outreach and follow up efforts

  • Leverage insights to improve future campaigns and automation

  • Partner closely with various teams within marketing, sales, and product

  • Maintain documentation around lifecycle marketing programs and monitor the overall customer experience

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Highly experienced with B2B account-based marketing - ideally B2B SaaS products that serve financial institutions and/or enterprise companies

  • Strategic disposition, strong follow through, and focus on data-driven decision making

  • Proven track record of successful collaboration with cross-departmental stakeholders from senior leadership

  • Willingness to boldly experiment and create structure within a new growth area

  • Overall growth mindset and a flexible attitude

  • Connection to Lendio and our mission

  • Master of lifecycle marketing fundamentals

    • Customer journey mindset and focus on increasing stickiness and LTV

    • Highly experienced with HubSpot as a CRM

    • HTML/CSS skills

    • Detail orientation

Pay Range:

$120k, DOE
