As Finance Business Partner in the Group Planning & Reporting within the global FP&A team, you work closely with numerous stakeholders and your colleagues to fulfil and optimize internal management reporting, forecasting and planning processes for the company. You are constantly servicing our internal clients by also having a keen eye on quality and efficiency of the processes, and making suggestions for or driving the improvements of such processes.

Your mission:

• Work together with your colleagues in the FP&A and the greater finance team to service financial related needs of the corporate departments. We are constantly looking for improvements of the processes and work constructively together. The FP&A finance team is cross-border organized, the working environment is very international and diverse.
• You will lead on financial and resource matters Improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance
• Providing analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategiesDelivering analysis and insight on business opportunities
• Providing options and scenarios for business decisions
• Providing effective procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, and financial targets are delivered
• Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with departmental heads and their teams
• You will be expected to work with your peers and other finance colleagues to ensure consistency of practice and continuous improvement activity across the corporate departments.

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• 7 years + experience in FP&A, with business partnering experience preferably
• Chartered accountant, ACCA, CPA or equivalent a plus
• Sound knowledge of IFRS, and a demonstrable hands-on experience of applying accounting principles is essential
• Experience in NetSuite a plus; strong with MS Excel (Google Sheets), and affinity with IT systems
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with FP&A Softwares (Planful, Anaplan, HFM etc.)
• Financial acumen and leadership when undertaking financial reviews and assessments; applying judgement and providing direction on outcomes;
• Ability to deliver results against timelines while managing multiple projects and priorities
• Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
• Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
• General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow
• (Senior)Stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrable negotiation, relationship building, and conflict resolutions skills
• Fluent oral and written English communication skills
• Not afraid to challenge the status quo
