Mission
As the product manager, your responsibilities include defining and maintaining the product roadmap while ensuring outcome-focused communication on its progress. Collaborate closely with the engineering team to lead the development of the right product features. Effective communication within the organisation and with clients is crucial for success. Spearhead the creation and execution of a comprehensive product strategy throughout its lifecycle, managing everything from discovery to pricing and go-to-market.
What you’ll do
- Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, Commercial, Marketing and delivery teams to prioritise features, define requirements, and drive product roadmap.
- Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features based on user insights and data analysis.
- Utilise tools like AHA, Jira, Slack, and Confluence to facilitate communication, project tracking, and documentation.
- Monitor product performance and KPIs, implementing strategies to optimise user engagement, retention, and revenue.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in product management roles within the FINTECH industry, with a focus on core banking platforms, deposits, and lending products.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products from conception to delivery.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across teams.
- Working knowledge and experience with product management tools such as AHA, Jira, Slack, and Confluence.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices.
- Passion for innovation and staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
