About the team
As Senior Designer, you’ll play a key role in driving brand impact and campaign performance through bold, effective, and scalable creative.
This is a high-visibility, hands-on role in a fast-paced global marketing team. You’ll lead the design development of integrated campaigns and brand activations, producing standout content across every stage of the funnel, from awareness to conversion. You’ll work closely with regional and global marketing teams to ensure creative is aligned, on-brand, and tailored to our audience of financial institutions.
What you’ll do
- Lead creative development for global and regional marketing campaigns, brand initiatives and product launches
- Translate briefs into high-impact assets across formats including social media, digital ads, blog imagery, reports, infographics, presentations and landing pages
- Collaborate with content, product marketing and field marketing to develop visual assets that support each stage of the marketing funnel and drive performance
- Review and elevate design output across the team, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with our visual identity
- Integrate AI tools to streamline production, improve workflows, and scale output across markets
- Champion and evolve Mambu’s visual identity, ensuring it reflects our positioning and tone of voice
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of design experience in B2B and financial services, with a strong focus on digital campaigns, content marketing and performance design
- Proven portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns, social media content and marketing collateral
- Expertise in turning complex ideas into clear, engaging visual storytelling
- Strong understanding of digital-first design principles and multi-channel best practices
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; motion graphics and video editing skills are a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools for creative production and asset repurposing
