About the team

We are a small group of individuals responsible for the project and technology portfolio and get to make an immediate impact on our customers and stakeholders with everything that we do!

• Develop and manage comprehensive, end-to-end program plans, tracking progress, managing dependencies, and ensuring alignment with stakeholders
• Drive the execution of multiple, simultaneous technical projects, including removing roadblocks and maintaining momentum.
• Clearly communicate program progress, key decisions, and risks to technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership.
• Develop consistency in program management artifacts, metrics, Jira usage including dashboards to enable clear and precise articulation of progress to teams and to our leadership
• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate engagement with product and engineering leadership, ensuring strategic alignment, clear understanding of program goals and desired outcomes via a well-documented and well communicated program approach
• Drive continuous improvements in operating rhythms of the product and technology organization

• 5 - 10 years of delivery & technical program management experience in a product or technology group
• Demonstrated understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and common development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Comfortable engaging in technical discussions with engineers and product managers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong understanding of project and portfolio management disciplines, Agile, governance processes, and executive reporting
• A track record in leading and delivering complex large-scale projects and partnerships, often managing a range of internal and external stakeholders
