At Mambu, we are building the world’s leading cloud banking platform. To do that, we need world-class internal engines. We are looking for a Senior People Partner to act as the strategic architect for our Corporate Functions, partnering with our Chief People Officer and Chief Finance Office.

This role is about being a high-impact consultant to our C-suite and their leaders. You will align human capital with business strategy, ensuring our corporate teams are lean, high-performing, and deeply engaged as we scale. You may at times be required to support other functions on a short-term basis.

What you’ll do

  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders within Corporate Functions, translating business goals into actionable people strategies;
  • Organisational Design: Lead workforce planning, talent mapping, and organisational restructuring;
  • Performance & Growth: Drive high-performance culture through calibrated reviews, succession planning, people growth and leadership coaching and feedback;
  • Change Management: Guide teams through the "Mambu Way" of evolution, managing transitions with empathy, clarity, and data-backed decisions;
  • Culture & Inclusion: Champion DE&I initiatives and ensure the Mambu culture remains vibrant and consistent across distributed global teams;
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use people analytics to identify trends (attrition, engagement, etc.) and prescribe solutions before they become problems;
  • Project Impact: Lead discreet People Team projects, as required;
  • Challenge and Influence: Use your ability to infleunce without authority, shaping leadership people and organisation based decisions.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience: 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Senior HRBP role supporting global Corporate/G&A functions in a high-growth SaaS or FinTech environment.
  • Commercial Acumen: You understand how a Finance or Legal team impacts the bottom line; you speak "business," not just "HR."
  • The "Mambu" Mindset: You are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing landscape.
  • Communication Mastery: You have the gravitas to challenge C-level stakeholders and the empathy to support individual contributors.
  • Problem-Solving: You don't just identify gaps; you build the bridge. You are a "fixer" by nature.

What you’ll get

Join us to shape the future of banking, where your professional growth is equally as valued as your personal well-being.

  • Competitive base salary
  • Company equity for all
  • Learning and development opportunities
  • Hybrid/Remote working (location dependant)
  • 30 day working abroad
  • 4 week paid sabbatical after 5 years service
  • Additional benefits based on location
