We are looking for a dedicated Brand & Communications Designer with a portfolio demonstrating creativity, problem-solving, and effective communication through visual assets. The ideal candidate should stay updated on industry standards, possess a strong understanding of visual language and design best practices. Attention to detail, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in industry-standard design tools are essential.

Responsibilities

⚒️ What you will be doing:

• Collaboratе with cross-functional teams to understand project scopes and objectives
• Communicate design rationale and iterate based on stakeholder feedback, maintaining design quality and adherence to brand guidelines in the process
• Work together, instructing and reviewing devs on the website development process
• Assist third-party video production freelancers with brand and visual assets
• Support, review & update Brand & Visual design identity together with the CEO, Head of Marketing, and Head of Product Design
  
  

🤓 What you will deliver:

• Brand & Visual design identity (libraries & guides): our brand position needs to be aligned between our copy and design. It also needs to be consistent throughout the customer journey from the awareness stage with marketing campaigns and the marketing website to touchpoints with sales and customer success
• Website designs & animations: UX/UI, creating strong landing pages, working on conversion rates
• Sales deck templates and visual design
• Ads & Social network assets (paid marketing): we use different advertisement channels to acquire customers. The promotional material needs to be specific for each channel but aligned throughout the customer journey
• Offline printing & Merchandise: We also combine online marketing with offline marketing, where our brand needs to be represented on posters, banners, and merchandise
• Video production assets (assisting): The way we tell our story on our website and marketing material needs to be translated into video as well, which requires designs to come to life in video
  
  

Requirements

• You have a portfolio of projects showcasing creativity, problem-solving, and effective communication of complex information using visual assets
• You will stay up-to-date with industry standards and ensure all designs are optimized for user experience and adhere to accessibility standards
• You have a strong understanding of visual language, best practices, and industry standards that you can use to support ideas with design rationale
• You have attention to detail and an interest in continuously optimizing and scaling designs
• You have prior experience in similar roles for payments/fintech/B2B SaaS products
• You are able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage your workload independently, prioritizing and meeting critical project deadlines
• You are able to self-start and own the design process from ideas to execution and delivery
• You are proficient with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, animation tools like Lottie, After Effects). Experience in Webflow is a bonus
• Full professional working proficiency in English
