Requirements
We are looking for a skilled and passionate PM/PO with 3-6 years of experience, who is excited to dive deeper with us on financial services such as Invoicing/AR and Account Payables/AP. The candidate should be a self-starter, fully proficient in running product research, competitive analysis, writing specs, working with product, designers, and stakeholders across the company + leading product delivery with the help of tech leads.
We are looking for someone with proven success in coming into a new field, figuring it out, building a new product from scratch and making it successful. It's key you have the experience of working with clients, conducting interviews & gathering feedback, and iterating based on it. Strong familiarity with key product methodologies and your own mix that you apply is expected for this role.

- 3-6 years of experience working as a product manager - fintech experience preferred, but not required
- Experienced in conducting customer interviews
- Proficient in product research
- Strong documentation skills
- MVP mindset, ability to run a team with agile process
- Strong communication skills, including managing up/down
- Experience running product delivery covering PO/PM functions
- Strong knowledge of UX & ability to work with designers to make it better
- Knowledge of Invoicing/AP domains is a plus but is not required
