Monite allows B2B platforms to offer a broad range of financial products to their customers, optimizing efficiency, quality, and user-experience, all while generating additional revenue. We're looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative / Sales Hunter who's eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment (we're a pre-Series A startup). This person will be a key part of our small Sales team and will do the following:

  • Generate new opportunities from targeted outbound activity, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold-calling, networking and referrals
  • Make initial outreach to leads that you and the team have generated
  • Update and maintain Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams

If you exceed expectations, there is an opportunity for you to progress to SDR Manager or Account Executive.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a SDR/BDR position for a fintech infrastructure player e.g. Stripe, Yapily, Codat etc
  • Experience in mid-market/SME sales
  • You're data-driven and use metrics and funnels to monitor sales performance, come up with initiatives, and identify blockers
  • Based in the UK (preferably close to London) with the full right to work in the UK
