We’re hiring a Strategic Partner Manager to scale and activate n8n’s growing ecosystem of Global System Integrators (GSIs) and Cloud Providers (AWS, Azure).

This is a critical first hire focused on turning the early strong momentum with top Tier GSIs and cloud platforms into repeatable pipeline and revenue for n8n. You’ll own the full lifecycle from partner prioritization to field alignment to revenue attribution. Your mission: build the GTM triangle of n8n + GSI + Cloud to fuel our sales-led enterprise motion globally.

It involves defining a framework for success, driving new partner acquisition, and ultimately helping us build a partner pipeline that drives 20% of total revenue by 2026.


MISSIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Partner Manager, you will play a key role in building and scaling our global partner ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acquire & qualify new service partners
    Identify and onboard GSIs motivated to build service offerings around n8n. Ensure strong fit, skills, and alignment with our GTM strategy.

  • Joint GTM Planning
    Develop joint business plans and co-sell motions with GSIs and cloud partners. Deliver impactful campaigns, field events, and solution selling into enterprise and embedded use cases.

  • Pipeline development & co-sell coordination
    Build, track, and grow partner-sourced and -influenced pipeline. Collaborate with both partners and internal sales and marketing teams to execute joint business plans and generate new opportunities. Work closely with AEs and SEs to manage active opportunities involving partners.

  • Enablement & support
    Design and drive onboarding, enablement, and certification programs to equip GSIs with the knowledge and tools needed to bring n8n successfully to market. Build scalable motions supported by reusable resources (templates, playbooks, etc.).

  • Feedback & iteration
    Act as the voice of the partner, continuously collecting insights to improve partner experience, streamline operations, and help shape the overall partner program design.


    REQUIREMENTS

    Must-have

    🚀 SaaS Partnership Experience: You have at least 10+ years of experience in BD, Partnership, Channel or Sales in fast scaling SaaS players with at least 3+ years working with servicing partner as quota carrier within a B2B SaaS company.

    🎯 You have launched and scaled a motion with a hyperscaler (Azure, AWS, GCP) that led to multi-million $ revenue engagement & a strategic collaboration for the vendor you represented.

    🌍 Experience owning GTM relationships with GSIs (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, Cognizant, CGI) with a clear track record of driving partner-influenced and sourced pipeline.

    💼 Larger Deal Experience: You’ve been working on deals in the €100k-500k range with partners.

    🤝 Strong communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.

    💻 Technical depth: You are comfortable with API, integration and well versed in AI landscape.

    🏗️ A builder’s mindset — you enjoy being hands-on and iterating quickly with a data-driven and results-oriented approach, capable of prioritizing dynamically multiple initiatives and projects.

    Nice-to-have

    🌍 language: Fluency in English required - German, Spanish, Portuguese and/or French a plus.

    ⚡ High-Growth Experience: You’ve been part of a high-growth tech company and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

    🎯 Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, co-selling dynamics, and partner enablement strategies (experience within iPaaS, Automation, AI or similar tech categrories is a plus).
