We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
We’re hiring a Senior Partnerships Manager, GSI (EMEA) to build and scale n8n’s ecosystem of Global System Integrators (GSIs) across EMEA.
With strong early traction already established with several Tier-1 integrators, your mission will be to turn these relationships into a repeatable and scalable revenue engine. You will own the GSI motion end to end, helping partners build services offerings around n8n while generating partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
Your goal is to make GSIs a meaningful distribution channel for n8n, helping the partner ecosystem contribute significantly to the company’s growth and long-term revenue mix.
To do so, here are your responsibilities:
Build and scale the GSI partnership engine
Own the GSI strategy across EMEA with a clear partner prioritization framework, engagement model, KPIs, and operating rhythm.
Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic services partners capable of building consulting and implementation practices around n8n.
Map and develop relationships across partner leadership, practice leads, alliance teams, and field sellers to embed n8n into their integration and automation portfolios.
Stand up repeatable engagement frameworks including joint business planning, partner segmentation, and account targeting.
Drive lighthouse partnerships with Tier-1 GSIs (Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, etc.) to build credibility and momentum across the ecosystem.
Drive joint GTM and co-sell execution
Build and execute joint go-to-market strategies with GSIs including campaigns, industry solutions, and field engagement.
Stand up repeatable co-sell execution between GSIs and n8n’s Sales organization through account targeting, deal collaboration, and opportunity orchestration.
Build and grow partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, ensuring partners consistently generate and support enterprise opportunities.
Partner with Sales and Marketing to position n8n within enterprise automation, AI, and integration transformation initiatives.
Lead strategic pursuits where GSIs are involved and help unblock complex multi-party deals.
Enable partners and build scalable programs
Onboard GSIs and drive technical and commercial enablement so partners can confidently sell and implement n8n solutions.
Develop scalable partner resources including solution playbooks, implementation frameworks, and enablement programs.
Support partners in building services offerings and delivery capabilities around n8n.
Enable Sales, SE, Marketing, and Customer teams with partner playbooks and engagement models so the motion runs predictably.
Inspect performance and evolve the ecosystem
Track and report partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, deal engagement levels, win rates, and partner activation metrics.
Continuously collect feedback from GSIs to improve partner experience, operations, and program design.
Act as the voice of the partner internally, ensuring ecosystem insights influence product positioning and GTM strategy.
Help shape and scale n8n’s broader services partner ecosystem as the company continues to grow globally.
