As the Head of Revenue Operations, your mission is to transform our Go-To-Market strategy into a powerhouse of efficiency and productivity. You will drive operational excellence, streamline processes, and enhance our tools to empower our GTM leaders with insightful analysis, accurate forecasting, and effective project management. Your efforts will ensure that our Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, Customer Success Managers and Partner Engineers can focus on what they do best: engaging with customers. Your role is pivotal in ensuring seamless collaboration among Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations teams.

What you’ll be doing

  • Go-To-Market analytics & reporting: Own the analytics and reporting function, extracting valuable insights from our data. Answer critical questions such as: Why are we winning or losing deals? How can we enhance our qualification rates?
  • Sales process optimization: Drive efficiency in our sales processes through automation, improved tooling, and comprehensive documentation.
  • Revenue forecasting & planning: Maintain accurate revenue forecasts, develop capacity and hiring plans, and manage variable compensation plans, ensuring quota attainment and timely payouts.
  • Sales collateral management: Curate and refine sales collateral, adapting existing content into effective one-pagers and maintaining a keen understanding of competitor pricing intelligence.
  • Support outbound initiatives: Enhance outbound efforts by setting up necessary tools and prioritizing potential contact lists.
  • CRM ownership: Manage and optimize our CRM system, including an anticipated migration from Pipedrive to a more advanced solution (likely Salesforce).
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of information and data across the organization.
