MISSIONS

🎯 Your main goal will be to unlock insights that drive revenue growth and optimize sales & marketing efficiency at n8n.

To achieve this, you will:

1- Empower Marketing with actionable data insights

🔍 Transform complex marketing data into accessible insights by optimizing our BigQuery setup and integrating with tools like Metabase
📊 Analyze campaign performance, demographic trends, and product telemetry to help the marketing team focus on high-impact areas
🔗 Centralize and link additional data sources such as HockeyStack, Reo.dev, and Scarf to deepen our understanding of user behavior

2- Support RevOps and Sales with strategic analytics

📈 Build and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into sales performance and marketing ROI
🛠️ Run ad-hoc analyses to support sales strategies and inform RevOps decision-making
🧩 Develop attribution models to map out customer journeys and identify key conversion points

3- Optimize SEO and content strategies with data science

🔗 Leverage data science techniques to analyze node usage, SEO performance, and keyword strategies for maximum impact
🧠 Provide actionable recommendations to enhance our online presence and content marketing efforts
🚀 Explore new avenues for personalizing SEO strategies based on user interaction data

4- Proactively identify opportunities for growth

🌱 Continuously explore new data sources and methodologies to unlock further growth opportunities
🧩 Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization
💡 Be a proactive voice at the table, driving conversations on how data can further our ambitious goals

Drive data-driven decision making across GTM

🎯 Lead efforts to ensure data-driven decision-making becomes a core part of our GTM culture, empowering team members with the insights they need.
📚 Maintain and expand our GTM data documentation, ensuring consistency and accessibility for current and future team members.
🛠️ Set up and manage the necessary tools, systems, and processes that streamline data access and analysis for GTM teams.
