The company has offices in Bulgaria, USA, UK, Australia, and our teammates are the ones getting us to the top in our market niche.

So if you live and breathe technology as well, come and join us!

About the Role:

The Product Marketing Manager, Team Lead will be at the forefront of communicating the value of our products to the market. This person will spearhead an ambitious charter to connect with multiple stakeholder audiences, from Senior Leadership to Customers, to a positive outcome in all product go-to-market and adoption initiatives.

This role will always have an eye towards elevating our brand position and reputation in our respective markets, as well as serve as the ‘voice of the customer’ through research, interviews, and analysis.

This position will lead the Product Marketing Team. In addition to managing their own responsibilities related to product launches, the Product Marketing Manager Team Lead will be responsible for guiding all PMM goals, processes, and outcomes, as well as setting a high-quality standard for work output.

This role will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

What you’ll do:

  • Day-to-day guidance, mentoring, and management of the PMM team, as well as oversight of all PMM projects and activities;
  • Excellent cross-team collaboration with all relevant stakeholders, including Senior Leadership, Product Management, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Customer Onboarding and Customer Marketing;
  • Drive GTM planning and execution for new product launches following our Product Development Lifecycle:
    • Contribute to research through market and competitor analysis, customer feedback interviews, collaboration with product teams, and value proposition development;
    • Participate as a stakeholder in solution design and pricing discussions, ultimately crafting the positioning statement and initial marketing messageс;
    • Go-to-Marketing planning and creation with the assistance of relevant teams. Determine strategy, marketing materials, sales enablement tools, customer enablement tools, training materials, and overall goals;
    • Rollout Awareness campaigns and lead execution on GTM through successful product launches that meet business objectives;
    • Track adoption and effectiveness through monitoring of market feedback and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize all systems and processes used by the PMM team to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment;
  • Serve as the voice of the customer in product meetings;
  • Maintain all appropriate enablement materials, including sales decks and competitive battlecards;
  • Deliver thought leadership content as part of our ongoing marketing efforts.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in a market-facing role (e.g., delivering presentations for the sales team, conducting competitor analysis and market research);
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences;
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and change at a fast-scaling company with an international team;
  • Keen intuition for understanding where products and use cases are in their maturity stage and developing appropriate content and go-to-market strategy;
  • Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environment;
  • Excellent presentation skills, including ability to confidently demo technical products;
  • Experience working with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and similar;
  • Experience working with in-product marketing tools such as Pendo or Appcues a plus;
  • Ability to travel for industry conferences and customer visits.

What we offer in return is the opportunity to join a talented team and also enjoy:

  • A front-row seat in a high-growth startup building its own products.
  • Competitive remuneration and performance bonuses.
  • 401(k) matching.
  • Healthcare benefits, including dental and vision.
