About the role:

We are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to join us and be part of the exciting development of OfficeRnD Flex! Our platform is dedicated to helping shared space operators, property managers, and landlords run their businesses smoothly and efficiently. With OfficeRnD Flex, we make workspace management a breeze by offering intuitive web and mobile apps. We’ve stayed ahead of our competition so far because of our ability to deliver elegant, high-quality software on quick iterations, and we want to double down on that.

Our tech stack includes: React/ ReactNative/ NestJS/ TypeScript/ AWS/ MongoDB/ Redis/ ElasticSearch/ Node.js, and a few other technologies.

What you’ll do:

• Actively participate in the design and development of all customer-facing applications.
• Collaborate with Product managers and UX designers to turn business requirements into refined user stories.
• Maintain the quality and ensure the responsiveness of the web applications.
• Review peer code to ensure knowledge sharing and good practices.
• Play a key role in strategic initiatives related to new products and functionalities.
• Maintain code integrity and code organization.
• Continuously improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
• Mentor and support more junior members of the team.
• Work with a high-performing and fun team following the Scrum method.
• Play a key role in our shared commitment to reliability by participating in a supportive SRE rotation, where team collaboration ensures that product performance and success are achieved together.

What to bring:

• Proficiency in React and modern technologies such as Redux, React Hook Form, TanStack-Query, or RTK Query.
• Deep understanding of TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Sass.
• Understanding the fundamentals of Microfrontends.
• Experience with React Native is a plus.
• Experience with a backend Node.js is a plus.
• Extensive understanding of software design principles.
• Experience building and maintaining production systems.
• Eagerness to learn and grow alongside the team, continuously expanding your skill set.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
