About the role:
We are seeking an Associate Product Manager with a strong foundation in business thinking, analytical problem-solving, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. In this role, you will work closely with senior product leaders and one cross-functional team to help define, validate, and execute on product initiatives that deliver measurable customer value within your area of ownership.

You will support the development of clear business cases, translate customer and stakeholder needs into actionable product requirements, and contribute to data-informed product decisions. Your responsibilities will span key aspects of the product lifecycle, including customer validation, backlog refinement, delivery coordination, and assisting with go-to-market launch — while building the skills needed to grow into a fully autonomous Product Manager.

What you’ll do:

• Support the creation and evangelize a comprehensive roadmap for one product area, which can increase the value we create, deliver and capture. Draw on hypothesis-driven thinking and strong analytics to inform your proposal.
• Define requirements, initiate and prioritize user stories & tasks with the engineering team, assist in determining the best technical implementation matching customer needs, track product development, create and manage product launch plans.
• Research, understand, and draw insights into customer needs and pain points through a robust toolkit of qualitative and quantitative approaches.
• Partner closely with a Product Designer to develop a usable solution your end-users appreciate
• Partner closely with an Engineering Manager or a lead engineer to define a feasible and sustainable solution, as well as a cross-functional engineering team to implement and ship it.

What you bring:

• 3+ years of experience in the software industry, mastering a go-to-market or technical role for a SaaS company
  • 1+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner is a big plus.
• Learning and self-development efforts matching your passion for a Product Management career
• Good knowledge on how to navigate product development execution, delivering value at every stage of the product lifecycle.
• A strong end-user mindset, with a passion for uncovering both explicit and latent customer needs through direct engagement and field research.
• Good collaboration skills, experienced with cross-functional stakeholders across product, engineering, design, and Go-To-Market teams.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, especially when working on new initiatives with limited definition.
• A strong product mindset — focused on solving customer problems and delivering outcomes, not just shipping features.
• Naturally curious and data-driven, with experience using analytics to get insights
