About the role:
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer who bridges the gap between a company’s products and its clients, combining deep technical knowledge with strong communication skills. They work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs, design and demonstrate tailored solutions, and provide technical guidance on product implementation, integrations, and best practices. By conducting demos, proof-of-concepts, and solution designs, they help clients see the practical value of products while ensuring solutions are feasible and scalable. Solutions Engineers also collaborate with engineering and product teams to address technical challenges, translating complex concepts into clear business benefits and driving customer success.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as primary technical resource on qualified sales opportunities, partnering with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand prospect technical requirements, workflows and integration needs.
- Design, configure, and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to prospect use cases.
- Develop and execute proof of concepts (POCs) that validate technical fit and business value.
- Lead technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses, including solution design and technical writing.
- Serve as technical SME on sales calls, addressing objections and building consensus among technical buyers.
- Partner with Product team to communicate customer requirements and influence product roadmap.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using available tools.
- Design workflows that demonstrate platform capabilities.
- Partner with technical writer to document technical solutions for internal and customer-facing use.
- Maintain technical asset library (demo scripts, POC templates, Solutions Documentation).

- Experience with CRM tools, demo environments, or solution design tools.
